As society is steadily becoming more digital, seemingly by the day, nature based companies are striving to find their place in the increasingly crowded online spaces. Social media provides the opportunity for most any and everyone to have a voice, and the clamor is deafening. These digital platforms are quickly becoming the only relevant channels through which companies can market themselves. Managers must not only craft branding and marketing strategies, but also scramble to keep up with the ever-changing trends and nuances of social media. This can be a daunting task, even for the most tech savvy individuals.
Many companies that are rooted in the outdoors are founded, managed, and staffed by people who are more at home in places with no wifi or cell reception than behind a computer or phone screen, and find it difficult to keep up in the digital world. That is why we are extremely excited to announce the launch of our newest company, Nature’s Eye Media. We want to help outdoor companies grow, establish their vision, find their voice, and share their story. Our media team will cater to nature based companies and others in the outdoor industry to provide both digital and print marketing services, including social media management, website development, graphic design, brochures, and advertisements, among many others.
Our vision is to go about media from the perspective of people who work in the industry and understand the technical aspects of what you do, as well as the culture and lifestyle that goes along with it. Our culture is unique, and not easily understood by outsiders. We’ve seen managers beating their heads against the wall trying to convey the essence of their company to marketers and graphic designers who have never experienced the outdoors. We understand you and your company, because we’ve grown from the same roots. We believe marketing should reflect the story of a company. Your brand should represent what you believe in, and the motivation for why you do what you do. Most of us in the industry come from a common love for the outdoors, and that passion should shine through in every photo, blog post, and ad you publish. Your company’s culture encompasses everything from your logo and mission statement, to your relationships with your clients and how you conduct business, to company parties and retreats. It’s built by the character of its people, and displayed through their lives. Our goal is to help you capture all of that, and share it with the world.
