Mallard Point is a 670-acre bottomland hardwood property along the beautiful
Trinity River in Texas. Our custom development included a systematic layout of
levies, which now offer flooded timber areas and open field impoundments for
waterfowl. The levies were engineered to serve the dual purpose of improved access
throughout the property. Food plots were built along backwater green tree
reservoirs and adjacent to designated sanctuary areas. Deer stands and duck blinds
are strategically placed for premium hunting experiences.
