Emily is the Brand Manager for Nature’s Eye. She earned both a Bachelor’s degree (Forestry/Wildlife Management) and a Master’s degree (Agribusiness Management) from Mississippi State University. She has been with Nature’s Eye since its inception, and has experience working in every branch of the Nature’s Eye family, from habitat development to content marketing. She nurtures her lifelong love of the outdoors through hunting, camping, hiking, and writing about her experiences. She’s passionate about conserving wild places, and cultivating an appreciation and love for the outdoors in others.

In addition to office management and client relations, Kimberly assists with the development of natural resource management plans, ArcGIS mapping, curriculum development, federal and state government cost share programs, managed land programs, permitting, and property tax exemptions. She is a former independent business owner of over 20 years and graduated with honors from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry/Wildlife
Management and a minor in Biology.

Lance earned a Bachelor of Science in Education and an Associates in Applied Science. He has extensive experience in operations management with Mitsubishi where he was also a member of the Process Hazard Analysis Team and the Safety Committee. Lance’s background also includes agricultural farm management, welding, large equipment operations, and he is a Certified Industrial Firefighter. Lance has been a Committee Member with the National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF) since 2009 and a Committee Member with the Quality Deer Management Association (QDMA) since 2012. He has also achieved the QDMA Deer Steward Level 1 and Level 2 Certification and is a member of the Mossy Oak ProStaff.

Steven Harbuck began his work with Nature’s Eye as an intern while pursuing his degree in Wildlife Management from Stephen F. Austin University. He has taken on various roles in helping to manage habitat, as well as general maintenance on the Showcase Farm. Having recently graduated, he is looking to further apply his education and gain even more experience in the field. A native Texan, he is passionate about protecting wildlife and their habitat in East Texas. He is an avid hunter and enjoys guiding clients on their hunts at the Showcase Farm.
